- Waitlist: email address and the fact that you asked to join.
- Product: messages sent through Mesa, contact details needed to operate messaging/voice, and basic usage telemetry (performance, errors).
- Site analytics: aggregate, cookie-less analytics for traffic quality (no cross-site tracking).
How we use it
- To contact you about beta access, onboarding, or product updates relevant to your account.
- To operate the service (delivering and logging calls/texts) and to improve reliability.
- To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.
Sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- Vendors (e.g., email/CRM, hosting, voice/SMS carriers) receive only what is needed to provide the service.
Retention & deletion
- Waitlist emails: kept until you opt out or the beta concludes; removed on request.
- Product data: retained only as long as needed for operations, support, and legal requirements; deleted on request where applicable.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data; object to or limit processing; request export where applicable.
